A meal-prep session is when a vetted chef comes to your home and batch-cooks several meals for the week ahead, fresh from raw ingredients. You choose the dishes; they shop, cook, portion and clean up.

How many meals does a meal-prep session make?

Meal Prep Light makes 2 mains + 2 sides, up to 6 portions each (AED 449). Standard Meal Prep makes 3–4 mains + 2–3 sides, up to 6 portions each (AED 629) — a full week for most households.

Can I set up recurring weekly meal prep?

Yes. In-app you can lock the same chef and time slot weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and cancel any single session up to 48 hours before.

Is the food halal and allergen-safe?

Sourcing is halal-first by default, and every recipe is tagged across 10 allergens and 11 dietary profiles. Set your filters once and every chef inherits them.
